Anforderungen
- 6–10 years energy trading operations, trade process analysis, or business analysis experience
- Deep understanding of trade lifecycle front to back
- Solid hands-on ETRM systems experience; Endur experience required
- Proven track record coordinating new product implementations or cross-functional change
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions
- Experience with structured testing and UAT coordination
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or programming languages (advantageous)
- Strong stakeholder management; comfortable operating with seniority
- Self-directed, structured, and able to own topics with limited supervision
Aufgaben
- Own and improve trading processes across the full trade lifecycle
- Act as the link between business teams and technology using Endur
- Support Front Office, Operations, Back Office, and Finance
- Translate business needs into system and process improvements
- Lead analysis, functional design, testing, and implementation
- Drive cross-functional change
- Challenge stakeholders
- Ensure efficient, end-to-end operational delivery
- Ensure products function correctly front to back
- Support the business day-to-day in assessing needs
- Identify process gaps and define improvements
- Coordinate end-to-end implementation of new products
- Assess impact across functions and systems for new products
- Develop functional design for new products
- Ensure readiness for new products
- Plan and execute testing and UAT for new products
- Plan and execute testing and UAT for process changes
- Plan and execute testing and UAT for system releases
- Drive continuous improvement of processes across the lifecycle
- Act as the interface between business stakeholders and IT
- Act as the interface between business stakeholders and Data Teams
- Act as the interface between business stakeholders and ETRM Operations
- Translate requirements into deliverable change
- Maintain process documentation
- Ensure operational knowledge is captured and transferable
- Support post-implementation review
- Ensure changes deliver the intended business outcome
