- Translate system constraints into commercial / risk language
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills
- Drive alignment between Front Office urgency and control / governance
- Familiarity with process improvement and digital transformation
- Comfort with automation, workflow tooling, dashboarding, data quality / lineage
- Standardizing, documenting, and scaling operational processes
Aufgaben
- Coordinate between Front Office, operational support, and IT
- Ensure operational readiness for new products and initiatives
- Drive process standardization and digital transformation
- Act as key stakeholder in ETRM landscape
- Ensure reliable and compliant trade capture, valuation, risk, P&L, and reporting
- Manage S&T level EoD delivery
- Oversee end-of-day processing, validations, and P&L delivery
- Ensure data completeness and integrity across trade lifecycle
- Coordinate issue resolution across internal applications and teams
- Serve as escalation point for production incidents
- Drive root-cause remediation
- Manage STS NPA process
- Support operational readiness for STS structures
- Ensure Front Office can book and risk-manage new structures
- Represent S&T interests in prioritization forums
- Translate trading/business needs into IT demand
- Act as business owner for core STS ETRM processes and data standards
- Define and enforce golden-source logic
- Ensure process and control consistency across books, desks, and regions
- Sponsor automation and straight-through processing initiatives
- Support and guide the change agenda
- Ensure enhancements are adopted, documented, and supported
