- •Focus on sales hiring and full-cycle recruitment
- •Expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- •Experience building talent pipelines for commercial roles
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Ability to influence hiring decisions
- •Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- •Quality-oriented with strong attention to detail
- •Fluency in German and strong English skills
- •Data-driven approach to recruitment
- •Tech-savvy with AI and recruitment tools
- •Experience mentoring or coaching other recruiters
