- Develop and execute account strategies

- Update account plans regularly
- Act as trusted advisor to key retail clients
- Build strong multi-level relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Address issues and escalations
- Manage contract renewals
- Drive full sales cycle
- Lead commercial negotiations
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, operations, and customer success
- Monitor market trends and competitors
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams
- Share best practices with European colleagues
- Report on account performance and pipeline
