- Maintain deep market knowledge of retail trends and payment innovations
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure seamless processes
- Manage CRM pipeline reporting accurately and adhere to internal sales processes
- Represent Shift4 at industry events and trade shows
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective retail clients on payment solutions
