Support project management activities
Organize workshops with SMEs
Oversee IT delivery
Prepare status reports
Plan resources and work
Define and present conceptual approaches
Define and present target operating models
Prepare solution options and required decisions
Document results
Work with IT counterparts to bridge business and technology teams
Train business users on rolled-out tools
Promote adoption of new tools
Support the change management process
