- Conduct requirement analysis and gap assessments
- Write test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Organize and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support project management activities
- Organize workshops with SMEs
- Oversee IT delivery
- Prepare status reports
- Plan resources and work
- Define and present conceptual approaches
- Define and present target operating models
- Prepare solution options and required decisions
- Document results
- Work with IT counterparts to bridge business and technology teams
- Train business users on rolled-out tools
- Promote adoption of new tools
- Support the change management process
