Aufgaben
- Lead the Integrated Annual Report project
- Set strategic context for the Integrated Annual Report
- Work with senior stakeholders across the business
- Partner with the external agency for the annual report
- Lead SteerCo meetings for the annual report
- Create content for the strategic section of the annual report
- Collaborate with the IR project manager on the annual report
- Engage with investors on Sustainability and Governance topics
- Improve materials for Sustainability and Governance communication
- Communicate Sustainability strategy to investors
- Communicate remuneration and governance to investors
- Work with the Chair of the Remuneration Committee
- Prepare for Sustainability investor conferences
- Own the content of the investor relations website section
- Suggest improvements for the investor relations website
- Create content for the investor relations website
- Execute timely updates to the investor relations website
- Develop and maintain strong internal relationships
- Ensure understanding of Coca-Cola HBC’s operations
- Contribute to investor communication materials
- Contribute to investor results materials
- Lead the creation of investor presentations
- Create briefing notes for investors
- Create press releases for investors
- Create additional fact sheets and investor decks
- Improve materials for the IR programme
- Ensure the IR programme is best in class
- Attend IR industry events and seminars
- Attend IR conferences
- Bring back ideas and insights from industry events
- Interact and collaborate with key internal functions
- Report on company operations
- Gain operational understanding
- Keep abreast of key company events
- Work closely with senior management
