- Drive global rewards agenda
- Ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation
- Support executive and Board remuneration
- Prepare Remuneration Committee materials
- Create annual compensation report
- Manage global base salary processes
- Ensure salary accuracy and consistency
- Align with internal governance
- Lead short-term and long-term incentive programs
- Design and allocate incentives
- Communicate incentive payouts
- Oversee job evaluation and grading
- Maintain job architecture and pay structures
- Conduct market benchmarking
- Participate in external surveys
- Analyze data for salary recommendations
- Ensure compliance with equal pay regulations
- Support fair and equitable outcomes
- Provide data-driven insights
- Recommend talent attraction and retention strategies
- Collaborate with Senior HR leaders
- Work with HR, Finance, and Payroll
- Support the Chief HR Officer
