Anforderungen
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, Swiss Certified Accountant) is an advantage
- Technical knowledge in accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting
- Proven experience preparing consolidated financial statements
- Proven experience coordinating audits
- Strong understanding of US GAAP/IFRS
- Strong understanding of reporting processes
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear information
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills across multiple levels

- Leadership capability to guide and motivate team
Aufgaben
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and consolidation
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and management information
- Maintain and improve accounting and reporting framework
- Supervise preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements
- Ensure financial information accuracy and timely delivery
- Oversee intercompany reconciliation and reporting alignment
- Act as key contact for external auditors
- Ensure smooth and efficient audit process
- Provide accounting guidance on complex transactions
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal controls
- Support CFO in financial reporting to management and shareholders
- Analyze financial results for management and shareholders
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of processes
- Lead, coach, and develop the accounting and consolidation team
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and professional growth
