Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree minimum in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Master’s degree (MBA, MSc Finance, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- 5-10 years directly relevant experience
- Experience in end-to-end investment transactions
- Advanced financial modelling
- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of cap table management tools
- Working knowledge of CRM/deal flow platforms
- Working knowledge of data room management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations
- Strong understanding of venture and growth-stage investment dynamics
- Knowledge of financial services sector
- Full professional proficiency in English
- CFA charterholder or CAIA designation required
- Demonstrable progression toward CFA/CAIA completion
Aufgaben
- Lead investment transactions from origination to close
- Coordinate legal, financial, and strategic workstreams
- Structure and negotiate deal terms
- Design and drive end-to-end due diligence
- Synthesize diligence findings into analysis
- Stress-test key assumptions
- Identify material risks and mitigation strategies
- Author Investment Committee memoranda
- Present investment recommendations to senior leadership
- Maintain rigorous documentation standards
- Serve as relationship owner for portfolio companies
- Support monitoring of financial and operational KPIs
- Lead or contribute to follow-on investment assessments
- Drive build-out of investment operating infrastructure
- Coordinate with Expansion Team on fund strategy
- Represent fund function in internal forums
