  • •Ideally 5+ years life sciences venture experience
  • •Entrepreneurial thinker with quantitative analytical skills
  • •Drug development experience
  • •Experience interacting with executives and leaders
  • •Advantageous Roche/Genentech pharmaceutical and diagnostics relationships
  • •Global biotech network (entrepreneurs, investors, academia)
  • •Preferred previous board and committee experience
  • •Teamwork, leadership, and communication skills
  • •Fluent English and MS Office skills

Ausbildung

Doktor / Ph.D.

Aufgaben

  • •Monitor emerging healthcare investment areas
  • •Develop investment strategies for new sectors
  • •Represent the fund to the investment community
  • •Maintain networks with entrepreneurs and investors
  • •Assess and review new investment opportunities
  • •Lead negotiation and diligence for investments
  • •Manage transactional requirements for new deals
  • •Collaborate with portfolio company boards and management
  • •Monitor operational and financial portfolio performance
  • •Interview and hire C-level executives
  • •Set goals and budgets for portfolio companies
  • •Manage contractual issues and portfolio exits
  • •Serve on the fund's Investment Committee
