- Strong interest in pharmaceutical/biotech industry trends and capital markets (company valuations)
- Ability to network and liaise with internal company groups
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to explain scientific and business concepts
- Experience developing scientific/industry/business presentations
- Excellent skills and proficiency in Excel
- Excellent skills and proficiency in Power Point / Google slides presentation design
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- German language skills (advantage)
Aufgaben
- Ensure correct flow of relevant information and company messages.
- Analyze financial community expectations and sentiments.
- Develop understanding of Roche's Pharma business and pipeline.
- Liaise with franchise heads, product, business, competitive intelligence, communication, and finance teams.
- Stay updated on the Pharma pipeline and ongoing business developments.
- Lead IR partnership with pRED (Roche Research & Early Development).
- Ensure accuracy of information in earnings decks and presentations.
- Contribute to quarterly results presentations for management.
- Prepare and review the pharmaceutical pipeline appendix.
- Track Pharma pipeline progress and clinical data for medical conferences.
- Discuss relevant data with IR and communication teams for external communication.
- Act as news flow liaison for Media & IR releases.
- Provide input, review, and feedback on Media & IR releases.
- Ensure alignment between IR and communication teams on releases.
- Organize Investor Relations events.
- Develop storylines for external presentations.
- Contribute to senior management presentations at conferences and company days.
- Prepare supporting materials and Q&A for senior management.
- Support senior management for investor conferences and visits.
- Compile analyst notes to summarize financial community sentiment, expectations, and projections.
