- Analyze discrepancies between expected and actual fund house fees
- Assist in preparing fee collection reports
- Coordinate with Accounting and Back Office on data tracing
- Support administrative review of distribution agreements
- Maintain and update the central agreement repository
- Collect KYC, AML documentation, and DDQs
- Gather performance data for presentations
- Prepare technical presentations for meetings
- Update fund information on internal platforms
- Ensure data consistency across systems
