International Leisure Sales Manager(m/w/x)
Developing international leisure sales for a global hotel group with 90 properties. Strong luxury hospitality sales and consortia experience required. Complimentary upgrades and discounted stays at Fairmont/Raffles properties.
Anforderungen
- Strong international sales experience (luxury hospitality/travel)
- Proven market development and revenue generation
- Experience with luxury consortia
- Willingness to travel internationally regularly
- Strong commercial mindset, revenue-driven approach
- Fluency in English and French
- University/College degree in related discipline preferred
- Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- High responsibility and reliability
- Act as international hotel ambassador, ensuring brand positioning
Aufgaben
- Drive international business development in key markets
- Position the hotel within luxury travel networks and consortia
- Contribute to revenue growth through strategic account development
- Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to internal and external customers
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives
- Manage and develop a portfolio of international accounts
- Establish parameters, quote, and negotiate prices
- Collaborate with Revenue Management for rate integrity and pricing strategies
- Maintain high hotel exposure in major market areas
- Participate in tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events
- Plan and execute targeted sales trips in key markets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and geopolitical factors
- Maintain key accounts, contacts, and business details in software
- Follow up on business leads within 24 hours
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Conduct competitor surveys and recommend strategies
- Follow departmental policies and procedures
- Manage key accounts in assigned geographic areas
- Maximize revenue and achieve personal targets
- Increase fair market share versus competitors
- Develop new accounts in growing markets
- Lead and organize assigned site inspections
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services and facts
- Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs
