- Map global Tier 1 account stakeholders and structures
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Form global partnership agreements
- Negotiate programs to boost distribution and sales
- Manage customer P&Ls
- Ensure consistent investment strategies
- Track performance to close potential gaps
- Create best-in-class cases for global strategy
- Leverage network to connect customer stakeholders
- Support top markets in forming local partnership agreements
- Align local agreements with global segment strategy
- Share best-in-class examples for winning accounts
- Lead by example for QSR, Fast Casual, and Coffee-Tea-Bistro partners
- Align with Global Finance on customer P&Ls
- Work with Global Legal on NDAs and contracts
- Collaborate with Global On-Premise Trade Marketing
- Create and execute joint business plans
- Partner with Regional and Local Red Bull teams
- Deliver partnership programs with excellence
- Work with Global and Local Business Applications teams
- Track business development progress
- Monitor business development progress
- Report business development progress
