Leading brand activation strategies for global accounts across bars, nightclubs, and QSR. 5+ years Trade Marketing experience with global brands required. Significant international travel expected.

- 5+ years Trade Marketing experience with global brands
- QSR segment experience (plus)
- University degree in Business Management, Marketing, Project Management, or equivalent field experience
- Excellent English command
- German language skills (preferred)
- Other languages (advantageous)
- Strong customer-facing background
- Solid understanding of On Premise trade
- Solid understanding of sales processes
- Negotiation skills with Global/Regional Key Accounts
- Strategic and analytical mindset
- Ability to interpret complex trends
- Ability to develop innovative strategies
- Ability to maintain commercial big picture
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent presentation skills

- Lead trade marketing strategies and activations for global accounts
- Build strong relationships with marketing stakeholders
- Shape new global partnership marketing frameworks
- Collaborate on strategic planning to align priorities
- Sell and negotiate impactful marketing programs
- Monitor marketing activations
- Optimize program performance
- Close potential performance gaps
- Unlock sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships
- Protect brand equity
- Ensure brand standards across all activations
- Champion a win-vs-competition mindset
- Represent Red Bull at key industry conventions and summits
- Position Red Bull as a top exhibiting and experience partner
- Lead product strategy development for the LSR segment
- Manage and execute stakeholder engagement programs
- Drive large-scale segment activations
- Secure new business opportunities
- Increase product demand
- Expand execution across existing accounts
- Connect customer stakeholders with Red Bull counterparts
- Share best-in-class examples for global accounts
- Highlight key challenges and growth opportunities
- Support action plan development with key markets
