  • •Collaborate with Value Stream Business Owners for business analysis.
  • •Work with teams to capture expected outcomes and timelines.
  • •Represent Value Stream interests to stakeholders for business requirements.
  • •Take overall responsibility for product development and outcome objectives.
  • •Monitor progress against Value Stream objectives for alignment.
  • •Coordinate activities across Value Streams for cross-boundary needs.
  • •Manage scope with PO4 teams and handle blockers.
  • •Coordinate resources, roadmaps, and prioritizations for business objectives.
  • •Manage cross-product dependencies and adjust scope for key features.
  • •Develop business outcome objectives based on priorities and monitor performance.
  • •Deliver products aligned with objectives and monitor milestones.
  • •Facilitate initiatives among agile and non-agile teams.
  • •Share learnings among product teams across products.
