- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent organizational abilities
- Effective team player with outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- International work experience is an advantage
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
Aufgaben
- Define and propose Own Brands assortment for assigned categories
- Align assortment with country category teams for local market relevance
- Present new products and promotions to country teams
- Oversee implementation of assortment changes in local markets
- Monitor sales performance and price positioning of articles
- Take corrective actions to optimize sales results
- Provide and update assortment information for demand planning
- Review and adjust demand and order plans for assigned categories
- Analyze market trends and assess market dynamics using KPIs
- Evaluate competitor activities to develop actionable plans
- Identify growth opportunities and assortment gaps
- Collaborate with country teams and Imtron Product Management
- Implement and manage local license fee and distribution models
- Organize and coordinate category and country workshops
- Represent Own Brands in internal and external meetings
- Support setup and rollout of international category-focused projects
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across countries
