- •Transform Value Stream objectives into measurable product outcomes for fulfillment processes.
- •Transform Value Stream objectives into measurable product outcomes for warehouse processes.
- •Define tactical roadmap and strategy for BlueYonder implementation.
- •Drive product vision aligned with Value Stream objectives.
- •Balance business requirements with technical demands.
- •Develop and implement blueprint processes.
- •Build and maintain relationships with senior business stakeholders.
- •Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between product team and business units.
- •Gather and align requirements with stakeholders on operational level.
- •Ensure transparent communication flow across all stakeholder levels.
- •Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes through WMS best practices.
- •Maintain and prioritize the product backlog focused on warehouse processes.
- •Work daily with delivery teams on user stories, refinements, and planning meetings.
- •Monitor delivery KPIs and ensure quality of implementations.
- •Guide development from concept through launch.
- •Ensure deliveries meet set product goals and business requirements.
