- Document system interactions
- Maintain process documentation using standard templates
- Update documentation with modeling tools
- Validate process maps with stakeholders
- Collaborate across People, Process, and Systems pillars
- Prepare materials for project reviews
- Support governance discussions and continuous-improvement activities
