- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify collection risks, issues, and opportunities
- Monitor collection portfolios and targets
- Investigate unpaid or overdue invoices
- Analyze invoice accuracy and portal requirements
- Coordinate communications with internal business partners
- Document and improve collection processes
- Perform root-cause analysis for ad-hoc requests
- Prepare statements of accounts
