- Translate future-state processes into system requirements
- Document systems standards for the RFP process
- Guide system design, configuration, and testing
- Secure stakeholder alignment for system standards
- Coordinate master data cleansing and transformation rules
- Manage migration readiness and integration from a business perspective
- Align ERP functions with other business systems
- Enforce standard design principles to prevent customization
- Coordinate with vendors and technical SMEs on decisions
- Participate in the Data Stewardship Working Group
- Report progress to the Transformation Lead
