  • Develop executive-level relationships with real estate investors and developers
  • Expand relationships with leading investors, developers, and real estate service providers
  • Lead proactive outreach to generate new opportunities
  • Manage strategic partnerships with technology providers and facility management companies
  • Support cross-Business Unit engagements for a unified Siemens approach
  • Represent Siemens in leading industry associations and networks
  • Collaborate with Siemens Real Estate to identify new business opportunities
  • Work with Key Account Managers to target corporate real estate units
  • Translate market needs into actionable inputs for product and system development
  • Liaise with global sales, vertical leadership, and industry experts to align strategic priorities
