Aufgaben
- Lead strategic initiatives for M&A integration and operating model design
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the Diagnostics organization
- Drive and implement strategic initiatives across functions
- Design fit-for-purpose operating models and organizational structures
- Understand and apply M&A integration phases, organizational design, and system integration
- Diagnose and address complex integration topics using business insights and metrics
- Build knowledge of the external environment to inform integration strategies
- Oversee and coordinate operating model design and integration from planning to implementation
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities in integration projects
- Develop and lead project and program planning
- Influence business leaders and decision-makers to achieve strategic outcomes
- Refine organizational design and operating model aspects (structures, roles, interfaces)
- Conduct organizational health checks
- Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to drive sustainable change
- Leverage diverse teams to achieve strategic goals
