- Demonstrated experience in data, artificial intelligence and analytics strategy
- Prior experience in large, geographically dispersed, matrixed organizations
- Strong knowledge of AI, cloud database design, data modeling, and data warehousing principles
- Prior experience in information technology
- Background in cybersecurity is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Experience with data visualization and BI tools is a plus
- Proven track record of driving large-scale change across a global organization
- Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to distill complex topics into clear, concise messages for executive and non-technical audiences
