Aufgaben
- Lead global, regional, and functional program delivery
- Establish and improve PMO delivery frameworks
- Promote PMO services to business partners
- Oversee enterprise initiative portfolios and risk
- Maintain enterprise views of resources and dependencies
- Resolve priority conflicts to facilitate executive decisions
- Manage organizational budgets and financial governance
- Monitor and report on program benefit realization
- Define reporting standards for portfolio health
- Deliver structured analysis and executive communications
- Drive customer satisfaction through high-quality delivery
- Lead organizational change for new operating models
- Build relationships with senior leadership
- Equip teams with necessary communication tools
- Champion continuous improvement and industry practices
- Develop and inspire a high-performing PMO team
- Source talent to evolve organizational capabilities
- Foster a culture of accountability and excellence
- Navigate and resolve conflicts productively
