Anforderungen

  • Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Medical Technology, Nursing Sciences or comparable
  • Profound experience in business development, sales or key account management in healthcare
  • Strong knowledge of wound treatment or related clinical/scientific experience
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • French language skills
  • Confident use of CRM systems and analytical tools

Aufgaben

  • Develop and expand OOH business in Switzerland
  • Focus on advanced NPWT solutions
  • Act as strategic link between Sales, Clinical, Marketing, and external partners
  • Create sustainable business models beyond hospital environment
  • Develop national OOH business development strategy for NPWT
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Build scalable business models for market and revenue growth
  • Analyze Swiss OOH market including wound care nurses and providers
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Build and manage OOH wound care community
  • Promote appropriate use of NPWT in home and outpatient settings
  • Collaborate with Clinical and Sales teams on value propositions
  • Support product launches and therapy implementations
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Specialists, and leadership
  • Contribute to national and international OOH projects
  • Ensure structured documentation and performance tracking
