Anforderungen

• MS in Natural Science, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or Biology
• SGAH certification advantageous
• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytical chemistry, biology, or chemical/biological production
• Strong process understanding in Biopharma manufacturing, cGMP, safety, and biosafety compliance
• Proven ability to coach, present, and train across organizational levels
• Reliability, responsibility, and self-motivation with proactive safety culture
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities
• Skilled in interpreting regulations and anticipating their impact
• Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences

Aufgaben

• Assess workplace environments for health hazards
• Plan and conduct exposure monitoring and analyze results
• Recommend control measures based on monitoring outcomes
• Deliver training on occupational hygiene risks and safe practices
• Maintain and update the exposure database for risk assessments
• Support and lead audits, prepare documentation, and follow up on corrective actions
• Stay updated on regulations and best practices through professional development
• Coordinate with QC to develop analytical methods and schedule sample analysis
