Aufgaben
- Perform import, export, and NCTS customs clearance
- Maintain contact with customs, government authorities, and external brokers
- Complete tasks correctly, timely, rapidly, and cost-efficiently
- Custom clear shipments through E-DEC (Electronic Declaration)
- Fulfill customer and World Courier office needs per Swiss customs regulations
- Create customs files and handle customs clearance
- Respond to 'ok to send' queries from offices abroad
- Review paperwork before shipment dispatch
- Handle pre-advised shipments and TMS notes
- Use relevant regulations and technical tools
- Communicate with World Courier stations and agents
- Maintain relationships with transporters, suppliers, airlines, and government agencies
