- Manage import and export shipments by air and road
- Obtain and verify export documentation
- Prepare air freight documentation
- Handle electronic customs clearance
- Book shipments with airlines
- Inspect and label shipments
- Manage return process for reusable packaging
- Participate in internal and external training
- Complete tasks accurately, on time, and cost-effectively
- Report deviations, issues, and delays
- Execute transportation safely, quickly, and efficiently
- Comply with management instructions
- Fulfill customer requirements
- Ensure smooth information flow and coordination
- Monitor shipments throughout transportation
- Verify flight departures and arrival times
- Implement and communicate critical information
- Comply with ADR/DGR/IATA regulations and laws
- Communicate with World Courier stations
- Maintain relationships with contractual partners
- Use and maintain operational systems
- Adhere to security and safety requirements
- Maintain a courteous and professional attitude
- Present a professional appearance
