Full training provided on in-house systems
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or regulated supply chain environment
Working knowledge of airlines and shipping routes
Understanding of fundamentals of moving goods internationally
Strong attention to detail
Methodical approach
Proficiency in MS Office
Confidence working with logistics or warehouse management systems
Fluency in German (written and spoken)
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Right to work in Switzerland
Experience in GDP or GMP regulated environment
Knowledge of export clearance processes
Knowledge of customs documentation
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
Additional languages welcome
Swiss logistics apprenticeship or equivalent qualification

Aufgaben

Review daily shipment booking reports
Plan upcoming collections and export bookings
Select cost-effective and efficient airlines
Make airline bookings via online platforms
Enter relevant data into internal systems
Prepare and label shipments for collection
Print and apply all required documentation
Monitor shipments for departure confirmation
Follow up on exceptions or delays
Manage export clearance processes
Upload final shipping documents
Coordinate return of empty packaging
Liaise with global World Courier offices
Support Operations Supervisor and depot team
