Aufgaben

• •Provide first-level support for HR administrative and absence questions
• •Administer the full employee life-cycle from onboarding to exit
• •Issue employment contracts and various contractual amendments
• •Request work permits and coordinate with relevant authorities
• •Generate employment confirmations and other official certificates
• •Draft interim and final reference letters for employees
• •Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems
• •Manage digital archiving and filing of HR documents
• •Liaise with HR Business Partners, payroll, and internal stakeholders
• •Oversee the time and absence management system
• •Build professional networks across various levels of the company
• •Lead or participate in HR Services team projects
• •Implement process improvements to reduce operational complexity
• •Support the execution of monthly payroll functions
