Anforderungen
- Completed HR education (HR-Fachausweis or equivalent)
- Solid knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Solid knowledge of Swiss social insurance
- Familiarity with payroll processes (in-house or with partners)
- Experience with Abacus HR modules (vacation, time tracking, personnel administration)
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Hands-on attitude
- Clear communication
- Service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to take responsibility
- Adaptability to dynamic settings
- Fluent German

- Handle full employee lifecycle
- Prepare HR documents
- Register and deregister employees
- Manage accident and sickness notifications
- Process EO forms
- Create and update personnel records
- Maintain accurate digital HR files
- Serve as first point of contact for HR
- Support employee appraisal process
- Manage monthly payroll internally or externally
- Prepare HR presentations
- Report to executive team
- Assist CFO with HR matters
- Coordinate company events
- Support leadership initiatives
- Ensure HR compliance
