As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with managers to provide expert HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement. This role involves developing strategic people plans, enhancing HR efficiency, and fostering strong relationships across the organization.

Anforderungen
- •2 to 3 years of experience in HR, ideally in an HR Business Partner role or equivalent
- •Collaborative approach and data-driven decision making
- •Hands-on ability for operational tasks
- •On-site presence of at least 4 days a week
- •Understanding of Total Rewards concepts and HR Process principles
- •Proficiency in English and German
- •Effective communication in a matrix environment
- •Affinity for technology tools and reporting dashboards
- •Basic knowledge in Swiss labor law and experience in disciplinary measures
- •BSc or MSc in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred

- •Build positive relationships with internal clients and the global HR network
- •Track and report key performance indicators to improve HR efficiency
- •Coordinate team and organizational development activities to drive efficiency
- •Coach line managers on organizational design and change management plans
