In this role, you will be hands-on in maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment in a clean room environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve troubleshooting issues, validating repairs, and collaborating with team leaders to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Anforderungen

• •Completed EFZ apprenticeship as a mechanic or related profession
• •Several years of experience as a mechanic
• •Excellent interpretation of P&ID diagrams or drawings
• •Very good knowledge of German, English is an advantage
• •Independent and precise way of working
• •Customer-oriented and openness to new ideas
• •Communication skills, initiative, and resilience

Aufgaben

• •Repair or replace malfunctioning components and equipment
• •Perform functional tests to validate repairs
• •Maintain records of maintenance services and repairs
• •Execute manufacturing activities according to cGMP guidelines
• •Ensure batch execution and evaluate test results
• •Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and recommend solutions
• •Eliminate faults in systems
• •Open and track malfunction reports
• •Collaborate with the Plant Engineering department for continuous improvements
• •Coordinate work processes with team leaders
• •Utilize SAP, Cornerstone, DMS, and Office 365 effectively
