- Develop and implement people strategy
- Execute HR processes for a defined team or location
- Partner with managers to provide HR support
- Represent HR in the business
- Establish strong relationships with business leaders and employees
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle
- Determine and deliver the best HR approaches
- Execute HR priorities
- Ensure effective communication and engagement
- Facilitate collaboration across the organization
- Drive change management initiatives
- Promote behavior change and continuous improvement
- Lead and execute local HR initiatives and projects
- Work within the ELIP organization
