- Identify financing needs of clients
- Oversee daily CTF transaction handling
- Ensure smooth execution of CTF transactions
- Manage correspondent banking network development
- Handle counterparty relationship management
- Originate trade finance deals
- Establish credit limits
- Implement strategic funding initiatives
- Work with Risk Management to maintain healthy risk profile
- Ensure CTF portfolio complies with policies and regulations
- Build and lead a high-performing team
- Hire and set clear goals for team members
- Provide guidance and foster collaboration
- Collaborate with compliance, operations, legal, and other departments
- Ensure smooth and cohesive operations
- Report on CTF business performance to Executive Board
- Report on CTF business activities to Board of Directors
- Represent Bank at industry events and conferences
- Enhance Bank's reputation in CTF market
- Review and ensure high-standard governing documents for CTF
- Shape CTF policies, procedures, and framework
