- Manage and coordinate the local Network Sector Coverage team
- Functionally manage relationship management
- Originate all Wholesale Banking products
- Support key client teams in relationship development
- Support key client teams in relationship management
- Be accountable for revenues and direct costs
- Be accountable for risk/return for the local sector
- Increase cross-buy with clients
- Execute global/regional sector strategy locally
- Actively share knowledge across countries/regions
- Develop local talent
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the sector
- Sponsor diversity
