Anforderungen
- University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related discipline; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Significant senior procurement experience in manufacturing or GxP-regulated industries, including direct exposure to Technical Services categories (Site Technical Services, MRO, Equipment, Capital Projects, Utilities, Facilities, Real Estate).
- Proven track record of leading global category teams and managing large, multi-region spend portfolios.
- Technical Services procurement experience: Strong background in procurement within manufacturing or GxP-regulated environments, with exposure to facilities, utilities and capital projects.
- Category management track record: Proven ability to define and execute differentiated category strategies at scale; distinctive thought leadership to deliver strong value for the business; ability to build a culture of accountability and performance.
- Stakeholder influence: Credible partner for stakeholders across sites and with regional GSQ, REF and BU leaders across Takeda’s footprint; able to challenge demand and shape decisions.
- Commercial and delivery acumen: Track record of delivering value in complex, global environments with a strong risk management mindset.
- Creative thinking, effective communication, and driving change
- Inspiring, influencing, and leading through others
- People leadership: Experienced people leader, passionate about developing future procurement leaders.
- Partnering skills: Proven track record of building effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Maximize enterprise value from external spend
- Define category strategies aligned with business objectives
- Orchestrate resources to deliver category strategies
- Act as strategic procurement partner to Engineering and Real Estate & Facilities
- Co-own value delivered from external spend
- Optimize asset performance, reliability, and lifecycle cost
- Manage ~$3.2B of Technical Services spend globally
- Lead the Technical Services category team
- Develop insight-driven category strategies
- Embed lifecycle thinking into strategies
- Shape demand to optimize total value
- Deliver savings and financial value capture
- Drive total cost of ownership optimization
- Improve working capital through payment terms and contract structuring
- Own and deliver a pipeline of initiatives
- Orchestrate cross-functional delivery with Finance, TBS, and Legal
- Ensure transparency, tracking, and realization of value
- Translate delivery into measurable site-level outcomes
- Build a high-performing, rationalized supplier base
- Implement performance-based supplier models
- Manage SRM, KPIs, and QBRs with strategic suppliers
- Ensure commercial models and contracts capture value beyond cost
- Drive standardization of supplier performance management
- Build strategic supplier partnerships
- Extract supplier-led innovation and productivity gains
- Scale innovation and productivity gains across sites
- Serve as strategic partner to Engineering and Real Estate & Facilities teams
- Create transparency on external spend
- Influence allocation of external spend
- Contribute to capital planning and investment decisions
- Strengthen third-party risk management
- Design resilient supply chains
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements
- Ensure external services and contractors align with site standards
- Drive ESG outcomes across Technical Services spend
- Allocate spend purposefully across the partner ecosystem
- Support decarbonization and resource efficiency initiatives
- Improve procurement speed and user experience through technology
- Enable sites to meet production, quality, and compliance targets
- Build and lead a high-performing category team
- Ensure access to the right capabilities
- Develop and coach talent
- Actively manage succession pipeline
- Contribute to Procurement Strategy development
- Lead realization of Procurement Strategy
