Aufgaben
- Lead procurement for Plasma Derived Therapies categories
- Maximize enterprise value from external spend
- Define category strategies aligned with business objectives
- Orchestrate resources to deliver category strategies globally
- Act as strategic procurement partner to the PDT BU President
- Co-own value delivered from external spend
- Serve as single point of contact for PDT procurement
- Build and lead a high-performing PDT category team
- Leverage Value Delivery, Procurement Solutions, and Finance resources
- Develop insight-driven category strategies
- Actively shape demand to optimize total value
- Drive non-incremental approaches to unlock value
- Own and deliver initiatives aligned to value targets
- Orchestrate cross-functional delivery with business, Finance, TBS, and Legal
- Provide strategic and executional guidance to teams
- Drive accelerated execution of initiatives
- Reduce cycle times from strategy to implementation
- Ensure transparency, tracking, and realization of value
- Build a high-performing, rationalized, and competitive supplier base
- Balance supplier consolidation with competition
- Refresh the supplier ecosystem for new capabilities and innovation
- Build strategic supplier partnerships in key categories
- Leverage equipment suppliers to improve asset lifecycle performance
- Strengthen relationships with strategic suppliers through SRM, KPIs, and QBRs
- Integrate inputs from all procurement categories
- Act as a key contributor to investment decisions
- Deliver agreed savings and financial value capture
- Drive total cost of ownership optimization
- Support BioLife strategy through real estate contracting
- Improve working capital through disciplined payment terms
- Strengthen third-party risk management
- Design resilient supply chains
- Ensure external services and contractors align with standards
- Drive ESG outcomes across PDT spend
- Support decarbonization and resource efficiency initiatives
- Allocate spend purposefully across the partner ecosystem
- Ensure access to the right capabilities and expertise
- Develop and coach talent
- Contribute to the development of Procurement Strategy
