Aufgaben
- Lead enterprise value delivery for Takeda Procurement
- Define, drive, track, and realize measurable value from external spend
- Own the enterprise value-delivery framework, pipeline, and benefits realization
- Provide enterprise leadership through at least two levels of subordinates
- Lead multiple teams of directors, senior managers, and managers
- Serve as a member of the Procurement leadership team
- Shape the function's operational strategy
- Contribute to Takeda's overall business strategy
- Sit on the leadership team of the IBU
- Establish and own the enterprise value-delivery methodology, governance, and performance framework
- Orchestrate resources across procurement and business to deliver value targets
- Act as the strategic value partner to Finance and business units
- Co-own the value captured from external spend
- Ensure benefits are transparently tracked, validated, and realized to the P&L
- Serve as the account lead for PDT
- Sit on the TET 1 leadership team
- Influence and help shape business priorities
- Build and lead a high-performing, business-oriented Value Delivery organization
- Provide enterprise value leadership
- Provide advanced, flexible sourcing execution support to category teams
- Drive the development and realization of the overall Procurement Strategy
- Define and maintain the enterprise value-delivery framework
- Ensure consistent, auditable measurement of value across all categories
- Own and deliver a robust, enterprise-wide pipeline of value-capture initiatives
- Orchestrate cross-functional delivery with Procurement Category Leads, Finance, TBS, and Legal
- Provide strategic and executional guidance to the Value Delivery Team and Procurement Solutions Teams
- Lead the Value Delivery Team as an advanced, flexible sourcing capability
- Support Procurement category teams across the full sourcing cycle
- Provide sourcing execution support for globally managed categories
- Lead sourcing end-to-end for regionally managed categories and sub-categories
- Serve as the interface to markets, clusters, and sites
- Identify and streamline demand and specifications
- Develop local supplier market intelligence
- Funnel market signals and requirements back to category teams and CoEs
- Support regional supplier performance and relationship management
- Drive initiatives that maximize benefits from cross-enterprise synergies
- Ensure transparency, tracking, and realization of value to the P&L
- Represent Procurement on the IBU account lead and TET 1 leadership teams
- Create transparency on external spend and realized value
- Own end-to-end benefits realization
- Manage the value forecast
- Ensure agreed targets are met or exceeded
- Report realized value transparently to procurement and business leadership
- Build and run the spend, savings, and performance analytics capability
- Systematically turn insight into action
- Identify new value opportunities
- Track initiative health across the portfolio
- Scale productivity gains across the enterprise
- Deliver agreed savings and financial value capture opportunities
- Improve working capital through disciplined payment terms and contract structuring
