- Solid expertise in accounting and controlling (CH GAAP FER or equivalent)
- Experience with ERP finance processes and digitalization; Odoo experience is a plus
- Strong background in internal controls, compliance, and risk management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in German and English with strong analytical capabilities
Aufgaben
- Provide strong financial leadership
- Act as a trusted partner to the leadership team
- Ensure robust financial structures and clear insights
- Lead and develop the Finance team
- Oversee accounting, controlling, and consolidation
- Manage cash management and product costing
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Conduct financial closings in line with CH GAAP FER
- Act as Process Owner for finance and controlling
- Drive digitalization and ERP improvements
- Establish a strong internal control framework
- Manage intercompany processes and transfer pricing
- Ensure alignment with auditors and group requirements
- Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts
- Conduct financial analysis and project costing
- Oversee tax compliance and corporate filings
- Manage relationships with auditors and tax authorities
- Act as Compliance Officer for financial operations
- Define and maintain financial policies and best practices
