Aufgaben
- Deliver monthly management and Board reports
- Create KPI dashboards and variance analyses
- Coordinate group budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Develop multi-year financial plans
- Maintain budget-to-actual reporting across entities
- Prepare sales performance reports and commission calculations
- Provide financial analysis for strategic projects
- Lead the month-end close process
- Perform monthly group financial consolidations
- Manage relationships with auditors and tax advisors
- Improve group accounting policies and internal controls
- Design and enhance finance governance frameworks
- Oversee general ledger integrity and account reconciliations
- Professionalize finance tools and workflows
- Optimize finance systems and reporting tools
