Aufgaben
- Support the CFO with day-to-day finance operations
- Collaborate with department managers
- Provide financial expertise, challenge, and support on complex topics
- Ensure key finance matters are followed through and escalated
- Provide the CFO with financial insights, analysis, and recommendations
- Support the CFO with ad hoc projects and analysis
- Strengthen financial controls, governance, and compliance
- Develop and drive financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Monitor internal controls for compliance with Group policies
- Coordinate and support external audits and auditors
- Support tax, regulatory, and corporate finance matters
- Identify financial and compliance risks and ensure follow-up
- Support preparation of financial statements and annual report
- Provide business partnering support to local and international markets
- Collaborate with FP&A Manager on financial performance and decisions
- Contribute to financial analysis and identify risks and opportunities
- Partner with business stakeholders on financial considerations
- Collaborate with Accounting Manager on accounting and reporting
- Support coordination of financial operations, including A/R, A/P, and treasury
- Provide support and challenge on complex financial matters
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and systems
- Support Finance Managers in implementing improvements and scalable processes
- Coordinate cross-functional finance projects
