- Demonstrable commercial accountability for CRM targets
- Hands-on lifecycle strategy design
- Strong analytical self-sufficiency
- Cohort LTV analysis capability
- Holdout test design capability
- Incrementality results interpretation
- Enterprise-grade CRM platform experience at scale
- Experience in two-sided marketplace CRM
- Familiarity with modern CRM stack
- Experience building incrementality measurement
- German market consumer experience
- Exposure to recommerce or circular economy business
Aufgaben
- Design and own end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy
- Build programmes for both buying and selling categories
- Ensure lifecycle stages are data-driven and commercially logical
- Track and optimize customer lifetime value (LTV)
- Measure incremental uplift from CRM engagement
- Develop and maintain behavioural segmentation model
- Refine incrementality measurement framework
- Identify and advocate for CRM technology investments
- Optimize seller-to-buyer and buyer-to-seller conversion programmes
- Manage and develop a team of 5 CRM managers and associates
- Collaborate with Category Management on CRM activities
- Present CRM performance and strategic recommendations to C-suite
