- Own the entire post-purchase journey
- Implement data-driven lifecycle communication
- Create creative brand touchpoints
- Maximize customer lifetime value (CLV)
- Launch subscription models
- Define subscription value proposition
- Integrate subscription technology
- Set initial adoption KPIs
- Optimize the full retention funnel
- Use Klaviyo and WhatsApp for personalized journeys
- Lead and mentor the CRM team
- Own CLV and Cohort metrics
- Analyze data to pivot strategies
- Maximize long-term profitability
- Bridge Brand, Product, and Tech teams
- Ensure seamless unboxing to re-order experience
