- Guide Campus, Datacenter, WAN, and Security domains
- Manage reporting, KPIs, and service level agreements
- Oversee change, problem, and stakeholder management
- Maintain the Configuration Management Database
- Administer vendor contracts for maintenance and licensing
- Coordinate network operations with product managers
- Plan and organize on-call service schedules
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Represent German connectivity in international forums
- Ensure compliance with strict security requirements
- Develop staff using HR tools and processes
- Foster an inclusive and trusting work environment
