- Drive performance processes and impact measurement
- Analyze trends and sentiment through media listening
- Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Support national positioning through impactful campaigns
- Oversee media relations and crisis communications
- Train spokespeople in the defense and space domain
- Cultivate relationships with journalists and industry influencers
- Manage Tier-1 media inquiries and coordinate responses
- Implement social media and digital communications strategies
- Drive content creation and community management
- Optimize social media performance through analytics
- Manage and optimize defense-related web content
- Develop compelling narratives and multimedia assets
- Provide mentorship and professional development to staff
- Manage goal setting and performance evaluation processes
