- Lead and develop the ERM team
- Set objectives and coach performance
- Ensure high-quality ERM process delivery
- Build and roll out the ERM framework
- Prioritize operational risk governance
- Develop policies, taxonomy, and methodology
- Create templates and action tracking tools
- Co-lead ERM framework project with externals
- Create operational risk views and reporting
- Prepare reports for the CRO and Executive Board
- Develop and refine the target liquidity model
- Ensure appropriate governance and controls
- Integrate liquidity model outputs into management reporting
- Strengthen the operational control environment
- Drive remediation of control weaknesses
- Coordinate with internal control and compliance activities
- Ensure clear ownership and follow-through
